The Manchester Evening News Arena opened in 1995 is Europe's largest indoor arena and concert venue with a capacity of 21,000. The M.E.N arena has staged the biggest names in live entertainment including U2, The Rolling Stones, Madonna, Ricky Hatton and a record-breaking 27 shows by local band Take That.
