Glasshouse Bar & Restaurant

The impressive design of the Glasshouse Restaurant blends magnificent space, angular lines, mirrors and coloured glass with intimate rounded leather booths.

Situated on Shudehill on the fringe of Manchester’s Trendy Northern Quarter housed within the Crowne Plaza Hotel we use classic flavours, contemporary ideas with a passion for local produce in our menus and dishes. We work closely with quality suppliers to create new exciting dishes to generate a traditional and regional signature with favourites like crispy Cheshire pork belly with apple mash or slow cooked Lancashire beef fillet with a gorgonzola fritter and whole sea bass with saffron mash and sauce vierge or even a seafood risotto or confit duck leg with a croquette and prune dressing.

Glasshouse also has a private dining room that can accommodate up to 18 people situated on the mezzanine level directly above the Glasshouse Restaurant & Bar with wide glass windows making it intimate and ideal for business or social events.

Glasshouse Bar is the latest spot in which to enjoy a cappuccino, drink or cocktail. Vibrant yet elegant with an utterly modern design making this a stunning venue day or night.
