Meet our New Operations Manager Wednesday 25 January 2012
Welcome to the hotel our new Operations Manager Claudio Ribeiro. Claudio joins the Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre after working for Mercure and is originally from Portugal. He has lots of experience in Food and Beverage Management and is excited to get involved in the Glasshouse Bar and Restaurant.

Well the Christmas trees have been taken down, mince pies have all been eaten, the parties are over and our corporate guests have all started to arrive. So it seems to be back to normal here at the Crowne Plaza!

The hotel is looking very festive in the countdown to Christmas. The HUGE Christmas tree in the lobby is very stylish adorned in pink, sliver and black decorations.
